You will be guided through your driving career together with our in-house Driver Compliance team.
- Full fleet compliance manager to report vehicle defects, infringement guidance, tacho downloads and weekly summaries together with our Convey APP to monitor performance and keep you legally sound and safe
- Regular 1-2-1’s, toolbox talks and appraisals to ensure you are working in an environment where you are sustainably happy with what you do for our business
- Easy to use handheld driver defect system via our dedicated devices
- Same vehicle most days, assigned and dedicated to you. Driving up-to-date vehicles changed every 5 years maximum, maintained regularly for servicing, PMI and MOT. We do not use second-hand vehicles. All are purchased new and well-kept.
- CPC schedule is organised by the company for all of our drivers to ensure you are compliant every 5 years and fully up to date with training.
- Training and induction scheme to ensure you are welcomed to the team and have a mentor to go out with you during your first few days to help get you started correctly.
- MSD PPE Uniform is mandatory and provided in full by the business to keep you looking sharp
