MSD Members Attend the 2026 Palletforce Members General Meeting

Members of the MSD team recently attended the 2026 Palletforce Members General Meeting (MGM), joining businesses from across the Palletforce network to connect, share insight, and look ahead to the future of pallet distribution.

The event was hosted at Hilton St. George’s Park, with the Palletforce team working behind the scenes to ensure everything was in place ahead of members arriving. The sense of anticipation reflected the importance of the MGM as a key date in the Palletforce calendar and a valuable opportunity for collaboration across the network.

MSD Represented at the MGM

MSD was proudly represented on the day by a cross-section of the business, reflecting our commitment to operational excellence, customer service, and continuous improvement. Attending from the MSD team were:

  • Glenn Mitchell, Logistics Director

  • Tricia Chapman, Deputy Operations Supervisor

  • Wiktoria Mscisz, Supply Chain Manager

  • Codie Brown, Head of Customer Service

  • Rob Strahan, PM Supervisor

Having colleagues from across operations, supply chain, and customer service present allowed MSD to engage fully with the discussions, share perspectives, and bring back valuable insight to the wider team.

Marking 25 Years of Palletforce

This year’s MGM carried added significance as Palletforce marked 25 years built on trust and community. It was an opportunity to reflect on how the network has grown through consistency, collaboration, and shared standards, while remaining focused on the future.

A clear message ran throughout the event: Palletforce has been built together and continues to be strengthened together — operating as a community, not just a pallet network.

A Showcase of the Network

The MGM also featured a wide range of member and partner stands, showcasing services, technology, and innovation from across the logistics sector. These stands encouraged conversation, idea-sharing, and collaboration, highlighting the depth of expertise and capability within the Palletforce community.

Alongside this, a programme of guest speakers and panel discussions provided practical insight and real-world examples that members could apply within their own businesses.

Customer Experience Takes Centre Stage

One of the standout sessions focused on customer experience and retention, with honest discussions drawn from real experiences across the Palletforce network. The panel explored what great customer service looks like in practice, how strong relationships are built, and how consistency and trust help those relationships stand the test of time.

The session offered practical takeaways that closely align with MSD’s own approach — putting customers first, maintaining high service standards, and building long-term partnerships rather than short-term wins.

The Power of the 1% Mindset

Another key theme of the 2026 MGM was the 1% mindset, reinforcing the idea that long-term success is driven by small, consistent improvements. Rather than relying on major one-off changes, the focus remains on continuous progress across operations, service, and communication.

This philosophy mirrors how MSD operates every day, with ongoing investment in people, systems, and processes to ensure we continue delivering reliable, high-quality pallet distribution.

Looking Ahead Together

As Palletforce looks to the future, the emphasis remains on growth, consistency, and innovation — underpinned by the strong sense of community that has defined the network for the past 25 years.

MSD is proud to be part of the Palletforce network and to have our team represented at events like the MGM. We look forward to continuing to work alongside fellow members, sharing knowledge, strengthening partnerships, and helping to shape the future of pallet distribution together.
