With Palletforce Alliance portal access, you’ll find regular scans of your pallets at every stage of their delivery journey, from the moment they’re collected right up to delivery and Picture on POD.
What’s the process of switching providers like?

Can you handle both short- and long-term storage?

Who do I speak to if there’s a problem?
You’ll have a dedicated Operations Account Handler (or OAH) — not a call centre. Whilst everyone in our office is on hand to help with whatever issue you have, having an OAH means that you have a specific person that will look after your account, and be your main person to contact with any problems or questions. And if something ever goes wrong, we act fast to make it right. That’s the MSD promise.
